If your clinic connects Cliniko, Attention Lab reads appointment records to calculate monthly totals (bookings, no-shows, cancellations and rebookings). It does not store patient names, contact details, clinical notes or any individual appointment. You can disconnect at any time, which deletes these totals.
If your clinic switches on automatic call analysis, Attention Lab downloads matching phone call recordings from Cliniko, transcribes and analyses them, then discards the recording and transcript. Only the analysis is saved. Consultation recordings are not analysed.

Transcript analysis uses Anthropic's Claude. Results are stored with Supabase in the EU, the site is hosted on Vercel, and sign-in emails are sent through Resend.
